2005 - 2010 A.R.T. Painting and Remodeling
In early 2000's, I started working independently for a few contracting companies. Soon after, I decided to open my own business to focus on commercial and residential painting and remodeling.
Although I tried to focus my contracting business on painting and remodeling, it turned out that I usually ended up performing electrical, mechanical, or plumbing services as well. Also, I was operating another company (and still do) managing, acquiring, and restoring a lot of properties for real estate transactions and rentals. At this point I realized that I needed to expand my company name to reflect the full spectrum of work that had been done in my personal capacity or through my painting and remodeling company.
2010 - 2021 A.R.T. Industries, Inc
In 2010, I registered A.R.T. Industries, Inc and work continued as usual. As the years went on, I continued learning new technologies, acquiring new talent, and adding new services. Today, A.R.T. Industries, Inc specializes in many aspects of general contracting, including whole house heat pumps, mini splits, as well as traditional HVAC design and installation. Nonetheless, we are a full-service electrical and mechanical contracting team with a broad range of experience that makes us a one-stop shop when it comes to residential and commercial contracting.
